The UK’s Ultimate Family Adventure Book Now
Panoptic Group Ltd administers this service on behalf of the Gone Wild Festival. These terms and conditions are general terms and conditions for the use of Panoptic’s ticketing platform. They govern your use of the platform for purchasing tickets and other services.
Please note that all event-specific terms and conditions are set by the Event Organiser. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by the Event Organiser’s terms and conditions in addition to these general terms. For event-specific terms and conditions, click here to view the Event Organiser’s terms.
If you require clarification on these terms and conditions, please contact the Event Organiser directly for any issues related to your ticket or the event.
Panoptic provides the software system through which Event Organisers make their tickets available for purchase online by you, the Customer.
As the Event Organiser has chosen to use their own merchant service, you are purchasing tickets directly from the Event Organiser. Panoptic does not handle any ticket sale funds and is not responsible for setting ticket prices, availability, or seating.
The ticket purchase contract is between you (the Customer) and the Event Organiser. All queries, complaints, and refund requests must be addressed to the Event Organiser and are subject to the Event Organiser’s terms and conditions. You can view their terms and conditions here.
Throughout the booking process and in confirmation emails, the term “ticket” or “tickets” may refer to various forms of access to an event. This may include wristbands, e-tickets, or other entry methods. Some venues may use a “ticketless” system where you collect your entry pass at the venue. If this applies, we will notify you in advance.
Please ensure that, before booking your tickets, you’re committed to attending the event. The tickets are intended for individual use exclusively. Once your ticket is reserved, it cannot be refunded, cancelled, or swapped. If circumstances prevent your attendance, you have the option to resell your ticket at its original face value, unless prohibited by law or the event organiser. It’s crucial to verify with the event organiser before attempting to resell your tickets.
Selling or offering tickets for commercial gain or profit is strictly prohibited. We retain the right to cancel such tickets without reimbursement and/or deny entry to the event.
Panoptic provides a staged payment plan option for customers who wish to spread the cost of their ticket purchase over time. Please note that Panoptic does not offer credit. The payment plan allows customers to make multiple payments over a set period.
Tickets will not be generated or dispatched until all payments have been completed in full. If all payments are not made by midnight 14 days prior to the event, the order will be cancelled, any monies paid up to that point will be forfeited, and the tickets will be released back for general resale. Customers should ensure that their payments are completed on time to secure their tickets.
Fees paid to Panoptic by the Event Organiser are due upon the first payment made to the Event Organiser. This means that when a customer pays in full for their tickets, Panoptic receives its fee from that initial payment.
In cases where a customer opts to use a payment plan, Panoptic will receive its full fee from the first payment made to the Event Organiser as part of the staged payment process.
This has implications if the Event Organiser chooses to issue a refund. If a refund or partial refund is offered by the Event Organiser, the refund will exclude Panoptic’s fees, as these fees are retained upon the first payment. For payment plans, any refunds will take into consideration that Panoptic’s fees were deducted from the first instalment of the payment plan, and the refunded amount will only reflect the balance paid after fees.
Panoptic will not issue refunds under any circumstances. All refund requests are at the discretion of the Event Organiser and subject to their terms and conditions, which you can view here.
In cases where refunds are issued by the Event Organiser, the reimbursement will be directed to the original card used for the purchase. If the card has expired or the account is closed, we must wait for the refund to be declined by the issuing bank before we can process a refund to a new card. Panoptic may require written confirmation of the new payment details to complete this process.
During the ticket booking process, there may be a specified upper limit on the number of tickets permissible for purchase. Should you place an order that surpasses this established maximum, Panoptic retains the right to cancel your order. The ceiling on ticket acquisition is applicable per individual, card, and household to ensure an equitable opportunity for all customers.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct delivery details. Panoptic is not responsible for non-receipt of tickets once they have been dispatched. If you do not receive your tickets, you must contact the Event Organiser or the courier responsible for delivery.
If Panoptic dispatches your tickets and they are returned to us marked as “addressee unknown” or similar, we retain the authority to cancel your order.
In the event of a cancellation by the Event Organiser, Panoptic is not responsible for issuing refunds. Whether a refund is offered is entirely at the discretion of the Event Organiser, and any requests for refunds should be made directly to them. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the Event Organiser’s terms and conditions, which you can view here.
Panoptic will not be liable for any additional fees or costs incurred by customers (including booking fees, delivery fees, travel, or accommodation) related to the cancellation.
If the date of the event is changed, the Event Organiser will notify ticket holders and manage any refund requests. Whether a refund is issued is at the discretion of the Event Organiser, and refunds will be subject to the Event Organiser’s terms and conditions, which you can view here.
Panoptic is not responsible for refunds or additional costs incurred due to date changes. The booking fee and delivery charges will not be refunded by Panoptic in the event of a date change.
In the case of concerts or gigs, if the main artist does not perform or if the event significantly deviates from the advertised content, refund requests must be directed to the Event Organiser. Refunds will be at the discretion of the Event Organiser and are subject to their terms and conditions, which you can view here.
For festivals, there will be no refunds for any changes or cancellations to the line-up. By purchasing a festival ticket, you agree that the line-up may change, and no refunds will be issued for such changes.
Panoptic is not responsible for the loss or theft of tickets once they have been dispatched. Tickets are the equivalent of cash, and it is the responsibility of the customer to safeguard them. Panoptic will not issue replacements for lost or stolen tickets.
Panoptic will not be liable for any personal arrangements, including travel, accommodation, or other services, in relation to the event. If the event is cancelled, rescheduled, or changed, Panoptic will not reimburse or compensate for any personal expenses incurred.
Panoptic will not be liable for any cancellations, delays, or changes to an event due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or other force majeure events. All matters related to force majeure are the responsibility of the Event Organiser, and refunds (if any) are at their discretion and subject to their terms and conditions. You can view these terms and conditions here.
All orders are acknowledged on the condition that payment is successfully received from your card issuer. If payment cannot be secured, Panoptic reserves the right to cancel your order. However, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you and offer an alternative payment method before cancelling.
In order to prevent fraud and ensure the security of your transaction, Panoptic may request additional information following your booking. This information helps to verify the purchase and protect both you and Panoptic. Your understanding of this process is appreciated.
All payment and refund transactions are initiated from the UK. Any fees imposed by your bank or credit card provider due to currency conversions or international transactions are beyond Panoptic’s control, and Panoptic does not assume responsibility for these charges.
If you opt to purchase ticket protection, please note that this service is administered by a third-party company, TicketPlan. Panoptic does not manage or oversee the ticket protection service, and all purchases of ticket protection are subject to TicketPlan’s own terms and conditions. This optional service is designed to offer peace of mind in case unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending the event.
Please be aware that all fees for ticket protection are completely non-refundable and any claims or queries regarding this service must be directed to TicketPlan directly. For full details on the terms and conditions of the ticket protection service, you can view their terms here.
Additionally, if you choose to make a carbon offset contribution, this fee is handled by an external third-party provider that manages carbon offset initiatives. Panoptic does not administer or control the carbon offset charge, and the associated terms and conditions are governed by the third-party provider. Any questions or concerns regarding your contribution should be directed to the external provider.
Carbon offset contributions are non-refundable, and for more information on their terms and conditions, you can view their terms here.
Please note that charitable donation fees are also non-refundable.
If you have any issues with your tickets, including non-receipt, refunds, cancellations, or any event-related problems, you must contact the Event Organiser directly.
Panoptic does not manage or have access to the Event Organiser’s ticketing system and cannot process or assist with any ticket-related issues or refunds. Please contact the Event Organiser through the details provided on your booking confirmation or their website for any issues.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that Panoptic and the Event Organiser may contact you with event-related or marketing information. If you choose not to receive marketing emails, you will have the opportunity to unsubscribe. For full details of how Panoptic uses your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
While Panoptic strives to ensure accurate pricing across our website, errors may occur. If we identify a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will notify you and offer the option to either confirm your order at the correct price or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued.
Order acceptance and the finalisation of your contract with Panoptic occur upon the dispatch of the ticket(s) you have ordered unless otherwise stated. Panoptic reserves the right to cancel orders at any stage prior to dispatch if payment issues or other concerns arise.
Certain events may offer e-tickets or print-at-home tickets. Each ticket is valid for one individual, and duplicating or attempting to resell an e-ticket is prohibited. Panoptic is not responsible for any issues related to the use or misuse of e-tickets.
Gift vouchers are event-specific and cannot be purchased via payment plans or have ticket protection applied. Gift vouchers are non-refundable. If an event is cancelled, the gift voucher will be honoured for the next year’s event. Any unused value from a gift voucher will remain as store credit until the expiry date.
Panoptic provides a ticketing platform for Event Organisers but holds no responsibility for event organisation, ticket delivery, refunds, or customer service beyond the transaction. Under no circumstances shall Panoptic be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising out of or related to these terms.
Panoptic processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. By purchasing tickets, you agree to the use of your data for ticketing and marketing purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
