Nate Rae from Braintastic spent a lot of their early life being told that they were bad at science and that they should stick to telling stories. They did just that, writing dozens of children’s books about everything from dinosaurs to engineering to sharks. But they really love telling stories about science – and are passionate about showing kids that science isn’t as hard and boring as they’ve been told. They have a masters in psychology and teach at London South Bank University.
