EFT Tapping Workshop
EFT Tapping is a valuable tool for stress relief and emotional resilience as it supports individuals to address their concerns and emotions and find clarity and peace through deeper understanding. EFT involves tapping on the same acupressure points used in acupuncture and Chinese Medicine to re-balance and unblock the energy system and uncover deeper wisdom from the subconscious mind. Through the tapping motion, the amygdala is stimulated in the brain, to release fear and calm the nervous system.
